It is with great enthusiasm that we from the family of Alpha to Omega Learning Centre wish
to invite you to join us at our 10th International Conference at the Taj Club House, Chennai, in
January 2014. This assumes greater significance since we are now in our twenty fifth year.
These twenty five years have given us the experience and skills to reach out to children with
specific learning difficulties with greater enthusiasm and success.
The tools that have supported us are Orton Gillingham, Strategies Instruction Model,
Instrumental Enrichment Program and the National Institute of Learning Development’s
therapeutic approach.
We are glad to announce that this forthcoming conference will have speakers of repute who
will cover a wide range of topics in the keynote addresses and workshops. The speakers will
be Dr Kathy Hopkins (Chairperson), Dr Nancy Mather, Dr M. K Gerner, Dr Jon Mason,
Dr Cherral Mason, Dr M.S. Thambirajah, Ms Kristin Barbour, Professor Louis H. Falik and
Dr. Radha Thambirajah.
As in the past, this conference too will be of excellent standard. We request you to attend and
benefit from the lectures and workshops to be conducted by erudite scholars in this field
from the world over.
